  • Do you support Microsoft FrontPage Extensions?
    Yes, we support FrontPage 98, 2000, and 2002 Extensions on our servers.
    They come automically configured on the server. You can use Frontpage
    2003 to publish to a Linux server and the 2000/2002 extensions
    will work fine, but the true 2003 functions will only work
    on a Windows 2003 SharePoint server. There were
    no new “extensions” for Linux released by
    Microsoft for the 2003 version.
  • Do you sell domain names?
    Yes, we offer generic domain registration and
    international domain registration
  • What is the hardware you use?
    We try to always use the latest hardware innovations,
    currently all domains are being hosted on dual
    Pentium IIII MHz 2GHZ with 1GB of RAM. The
    operating system is Redhat and NT2000 & the web server
  • Is my web-page accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
    You have unlimited access via FTP or FrontPage 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
  • Can I have another domain names pointing to my domain?
    Yes, for a one time $49.00 setup fee for each additional domain we can mirror your main web pages and mail system. This is a great way to expand the marketing of your present business.
  • What is your connection to the internet?
    The servers are connected via a redundant T3 connection to the east and west coast Network Access Point. That guarantees fast and reliable access to your web-page from virtually anywhere in the world. This connection to the internet and the state-of-the-art servers make it possible for us to guarantee the unique 99.9% uptime for the servers and your web-page.
  • What is your policy on spamming or bulk email?
    Spamming and bulk e-mail are not tolerated. Users that spam or bulk e-mail will immediately be removed from the network.
  • Do you provide technical support?
    Yes. We encourage our customers in need of assistance to send e-mail to support@rwg.biz with questions or concerns about their web site or call our Support No. 1-888-398-4703. However, we provide technical support only, we cannot provide help with HTML syntax or CGI programming problems. Tech support is done 5 days a week.
  • I already have web-page hosted elsewhere. Can I move to 101AddUrl?
    Yes, just be sure to specify that you are requesting a transfer and NOT a new domain. You should keep the service with your current provider while waiting for InterNIC to complete the transfer process. We will provide you with a temporary IP address so you can mirror the site on our server. All e-mail and web pages will still be accessed from your current site. When InterNIC announces the completion of the transfer there is a 72 hour propagation period where visitors could go to either site. At the end of the 72 hours you should contact your previous host to have them delete the old domain from their records and update their DNS record. If you use this same provider for your Internet access you will not be able to access your domain site until they update their DNS. When we file a modification, one of the current listed contacts must ok the move. InterNIC will send an email that you must ok to have the redirection of your domain completed. If the contact email on your domain has changed from the time you originally registered it, you will need to fax a authorization to complete the process using a tracking number we will provide upon request.
